Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

Free Shipping
- Available on orders over $50
- Carrier: EMS
- Delivery Time: 15-25 business days after shipment

Please Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on destination, customs processing, and seasonal factors. Some remote areas in Asia and other regions may experience extended delivery times or may not be serviceable.
International Shipping
We ship globally with the exception of certain Asian countries and remote regions. Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by their country.
Returns & Exchanges
Your satisfaction is our priority. While we meticulously craft our premium menswear collections, we understand that sometimes returns are necessary. Our streamlined process ensures a seamless experience.
Return Policy Overview
- Return Window: 15 days from delivery date
- Condition: Items must be unworn, unaltered, and with original tags attached
- Return Shipping: Customer responsibility (original shipping fees are non-refundable)
- Refund Processing: 5-10 business days after we receive your return
Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns and exchanges for most items within 15 days of delivery, provided they meet the following conditions:
- Items are in original condition: unworn, unwashed, and unaltered
- All original tags are attached and packaging is included
- Items are returned in their original packaging
- A valid proof of purchase is provided
Non-Returnable Items
To maintain our luxury standards and for hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Final Sale Items: Any items marked as “Final Sale” at time of purchase
- Personalized or Custom Items: Made-to-measure suits and tailored items from our “Suits & tailoring” collection
- Intimate Apparel: For hygiene reasons, certain undergarments
- Damaged Items: Products that show signs of wear, damage, or alteration after delivery

Return Process
1 Initiate Your Return
Within 15 days of receiving your order, please email us at [email protected] with the following information:
- Your full name and order number
- Items you wish to return or exchange
- Reason for return
- Preferred resolution (refund or exchange)
2 Wait for Authorization
Our customer service team will review your request and email you a Return Authorization Number within 1-2 business days. Please do not ship your return without this authorization.
3 Prepare Your Package
Carefully pack the items in their original packaging, including all tags and labels. Include a copy of your original packing slip or invoice. Write your Return Authorization Number clearly on the outside of the package.
4 Ship Your Return

Refunds & Credits
Refund Processing Time
Once we receive and inspect your returned items, we will process your refund within 5-10 business days. You will receive an email confirmation when your refund has been processed.
Refund Method
Refunds will be issued to your original payment method:
- Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, JCB): 5-10 business days after processing (depending on your bank)
- PayPal: 3-5 business days after processing
Please Note: Original shipping fees are non-refundable. For exchanges, we will cover the cost of shipping the replacement item to you.
Exchanges
We’re happy to exchange items for a different size or color, subject to availability. If the item you want is not available, we will process a refund instead.
For size exchanges on our premium blazers, suits, and tailored items, we recommend consulting our detailed sizing guide before placing your exchange request to ensure the perfect fit.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at [email protected] within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange for a prepaid return label and expedite your replacement or refund.
